Dr. Fill

Inspiration

We thought there was alot of time spent on filling out forms with repetitive questions. It is really cool to be able to chat with your docs or retrieve indexed documents but after finding them the data is often extracted and used in a form or application. we hope to create a smooth flow of google docs to grant apps

What it does

Helps you go from google doc to grant app in a snap.

How we built it

We built the system using Supabase and PostgreSQL , OpenAI for AI-driven embeddings and responses, n8n for workflow automation, and Vite for fast and efficient frontend development

Challenges we ran into

We tried creating embeddings from scratch but a useful and effective onramp proved impractical. we also decided on not making the onramp into the extension for ease of use

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Proud of the simplicity of implementation and using readily available tools. We wanted to challenge ourselves to use low code solutions so this can be replicated by non technical teams.

What we learned

Most problems are actually already solved and often times integrating solutions is extremely valuable.

What's next for Dr. Fill

We are very proud of submitting for our google verification for our oauth2.0 and chrome extension which will allow us to scale horizontally allowing new users to grant Dr.Fill permission to view their google drive and start generating their own fillings.
