Implement AI-powered project generation from chat logs

What it does

"Chat-to-Repo" accelerator tool that takes raw brainstorming logs from AI chatbots (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) and automatically structures them into a tangible project template. This tool will parse the conversation to extract project requirements, generate a file structure, create a README.md with a tutorial, and prepare a Replit-ready configuration. It's designed to bridge the gap between "having an idea with an AI" and "starting the code."
