ForgePathAI was born to eliminate that overwhelm by turning vague ambitions into personalized, AI-driven roadmaps that adapt to real-world pace.

How We Built It

Frontend & UX: Built a fast, responsive interface focused on clarity, minimal clutter, and frictionless input.
AI Logic & Orchestration: Engineered structured prompt chains and API workflows to transform user inputs into deterministic, step-by-step milestones rather than generic conversational advice.
State & Progress Tracking: Designed a streamlined tracking system that visualizes milestone completion and maintains accountability over time.

Challenges We Faced

Prompt Consistency: Ensuring the AI outputs structured, actionable steps rather than vague high-level advice required rigorous prompt engineering and schema validation.
Balancing Detail vs. Overwhelm: Fine-tuning the balance so the roadmap provides enough granularity to guide execution without paralyzing the user with dozens of simultaneous tasks.

What We Learned Execution beats planning every time. Building ForgePathAI reinforced that AI is most powerful not when it gives all the answers at once, but when it clears the mental fog and lays down one clear, actionable step at a time.

Also, a quick note, that I had built this project under 85hours, I took a challenge myself to build it in one week or less.
