Hi Nexforge judges, I'm Srujan, and this is ForgeFlow. In today's fast-paced environment, the bottleneck isn't usually writing code or doing the work—it's the planning phase. I built ForgeFlow to eliminate that friction. Let me show you how it works. (Type something like 'Build a smart self-checkout app' into the input). As a product manager, I just type my high-level goal here. When I click generate, our system simulates parsing this request through an AI model. (Click the button. Wait for the spinner). And instantly, it creates a fully structured Kanban board, breaking down a massive concept into bite-sized, actionable tasks. For this prototype, I built a highly responsive frontend using Next.js and Tailwind to demonstrate the UX. Our next phase is connecting this to a live LLM backend to make it fully dynamic.
