Features and Functionality

The provided app is a static application that greets the current user and includes information about their space. Along with that, the current theme of the application is provided to the users as well.

What I learnt

I have completed stage 1 of the forge quest, where I have got acquainted with the functionalities of forge and how it can be used to build apps on Jira and Confluence. I learnt about the confluence API and how it can be used to get the user metadata as well as I can connect backend with frontend via the forge bridge package.

What is the most exciting thing for me about building with Forge moving forward?

Since I am mostly working in the data science domain, I would most likely be working on how I can create visualisations and try to integrate charts and figures into the Confluence page. Moreover, I would also try to create an LLM summarizer for Confluence pages created so that the users are able to get the context of the page and understand the document correctly.
