Inspiration
I'm an American living in Prague. Tax notices, landlord reminders, insurance renewals and immigration letters all arrive in Czech. Every one means a translation app, a guess, and the risk of missing a deadline that brings a fine.
What it does
Find every new letter in one NAS folder, pull out who sent it, what they want, how much, the payment reference and the deadline, translate only the paragraph that matters, and save one report sorted by deadline. After approval it files each original into Archive/Sender/Year.
How we built it
A Uliya Skill that delegates to file-agent (ug-filesystem find, mkdir, cpmv), document-agent (ug-document extract, translate, qa) and knowledge-agent (ug-knowledge save-text). Translation and file moves are approval-gated. SKILL.md passes the Uliya checker with zero errors and zero warnings.
What's next
Test extraction accuracy on photographed Czech letters on a real UGREEN AI NAS, then add recurring-bill detection.
