To help Safety Excellence Group (SEG) proactively reduce hand injuries in manufacturing by transforming raw incident data into actionable safety intelligence.

⚙️ What it does

Our solution analyzes injury reports to extract root causes, rate severity, and assess risk levels by employer, event, and location—empowering SEG to make data-driven safety decisions.

🛠 How we built it

We combined data cleaning, TF-IDF NLP, and GPT-based root cause & severity extraction, then built employer-specific dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for powerful insights.
