What it does
Its an app that provides the user with many functionalities:
- The route from current location to destination with charging stations along the way.
- Exceptional search engine and suggestions for the driver and car needs along the way such as:
- Ford Mechanics nearby to attend mechanical failures that the car self-diagnoses
- Restaurants nearby to attend the users biological needs
- Hotels nearby past midnight to avoid the driver having a microsleep on the road and other behaviour caused by lack of sleep.
How we built it
- MapBox API, react-native, google places & weather APIs
Challenges we ran into
- Poor API documentation
- Redbull ran out :(
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- The implementation of the backend to frontend has gone swiftly aswell, the frontend is CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
