The single worst experience on a smart phone is when a customer needs to contact a company by navigating through their IVR system. The menus are confusing, the task requires switching between listening and entering data, the interface is limited, and the process is error-prone. It does not delight the customer and usually does not add value for the business. What is worse, these applications are often expensive to maintain, and even time on hold on an 800# costs the company money.
Our goal is to remove this unnecessary and expensive albatross and build a more delightful customer experience that is more cost effective to maintain.
We are most proud of the fact that we have designed an alternative system for customer interactions that, if implemented properly, could transform the way customers interact with companies.
