In our experience of working with several organisations, we have found a compelling need for building and filling out forms in the native Salesforce interface.
Enter FormForce. It is an application which allows you to build forms on Salesforce and the users can fill out those forms through Salesforce1 mobile app. This will not only eliminate the requirement of third party apps thereby reducing cost/initial setup time but it will also bring all aspects of form building/filling on the native Salesforce environment. Additionally, you can track the location of form submission to get key insights from the geographical data.
