Inspiration

We were inspired by the need to build a suitable mobile application for entrepreneurs in the food industry to be able to receive remita payments .

What it does

Anyone can login to the app view listed restaurants, order food and make payments after payment is made a delivery tracking screen is displayed to track the location of the order.

How we built it

We built it using react native ,tailwind class names, remita api and some other backend services and apis.

Challenges we ran into

We had a lot of challenges working with the remita api because there’s no available documentation for integrating remita to react native we had to work with web view from react native

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’re proud of being able to complete this project it works well for iOS and android devices and we’re proud of the release our first apk build for android.

We learnt a lot in this process

What's next for Foodr

We would be refactoring the remita checkout features … we would be working on authentication as well as other features that haven’t been completed
