Inspiration

Living expenses in Boston is very high, and many low-income families are struggling to feed themselves. Many others would like to cook, but don't know what / how to cook.

What it does

Recommend healthy food recipes based on user's available food ingredients. Helps struggling people find food banks nearby and recommends resources to help them.

How we built it

Using a HTML/CSS frontend and a Django backend.

Challenges we ran into

We have many ideas but only little time to implement them.

The website styling looks awesome and everything works as intended.

Implement a randomizer for recipes so people can experience more choices!
