FoodBridge was built to bridge that gap by creating a simple platform where food donors and verified receivers can connect, coordinate, and ensure that surplus food reaches people instead of landfills.

• Proximity-based alerts : Receivers are notified only about donations within a 5km radius, keeping the platform hyper-local, practical, and realistic for actual pickup.
