Inspiration

We were inspired by the varying amounts of foods available in NYC and we wanted to create an app that easily identifies foods based on flavor profiles (vegetarian, international, spicy, burgers).

What it does

Based on the choice you make we will recommend the best and tastiest spot in NYC.

How we built it

We built it using javascript (by manipulating the dom, css (styling it) and html (creating the backbone of it).

Challenges we ran into

Two of our teammates were newbies in CSS and we now gained working knowledge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our creation because we successfully worked as a team and created a functional app.

What we learned

We learned a javascript, html5, css3 and the designing aspect

What's next for Food App

Adding more food options, google maps, finding friends that have the same food interests, reviews.
