Follow the Money!

Organize a group a volunteers in conjunction with the FBI to allow these services to make a transaction with them via prepaid cards. Trace where the money goes. Freeze those and any linked accounts. Question those responsible for those accounts and try to get our hands on those robo-caller machines for destruction.
