Inspired by the need for a streamlined, modular Python development workspace, we built this project using core source files and configuration templates to simplify local execution, configuration management, and library handling. Along the way, we faced the challenge of properly separating local runtime files and sensitive environment variables from the main codebase, which ultimately taught us valuable lessons about clean repository organization and robust dependency management best practices.
