What it does

On the day a fog advisory is issued, Seo-yeon returns to her hometown to mark the death anniversary of her younger brother, Seong-yeon.

On the day a fog advisory is issued, Seo-yeon returns to her hometown of Mujin for the death anniversary of her younger brother. But what awaits her is a mother who sits in silence like a doll, and a decayed house steeped in an eerie, frozen atmosphere. As the fog outside thickens, Seo-yeon is drawn helplessly into the blur of her memories.

How we built it

While AI falters in flawlessly imitating reality, it excels at conjuring images that hover between reality and illusion. Its imperfections—at times blurred, at times piercingly clear—echo the texture of dreams and unstable memories. This film embraces those qualities, using AI imagery as an essential device for storytelling.
