In the era of tech, constant chats, social media chatter, kids are not focussed on things that matter esp. studies. That made me build app for me and others that helps focus by creating TODO’s, setting timers and dashboard to see trends.

What it does

It helps set you timers for your task list so that you can focus on things that matter the most and prioritize.

How we built it

HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript

Challenges we ran into

Deploying it and syncing GitHub repo. and deployment. App issues due to multiple timers not working properly and that needed several tweaks. Background refresh and timer completion music.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Full web application deployment in public repository and going through the process end to end was a learning.

What we learned

Though simple app lodgment, but going through the steps and understanding it was great learning.

What's next for FocusTime

Making code more modular so that code can easily scale and deploy Add advanced features like selection of music and custom mid reminder notifications
