Inspiration As a student and a freelancer I wated to have an friendly beginner application to help me manage all my task
What it Does focus Flow is more than a productivity app. It’s a voice-powered co-pilot that helps people take action, stay focused, and reduce mental clutter. It empowers anyone — not just tech-savvy users — to organize their lives better.
How we built it I used Bolt’s no-code AI builder to bring Focus Flow to life. I started with mockups in Figma, designed a mobile-first experience, and integrated voice guidance using ElevenLabs. I combined productivity planning, smart template suggestions (like those found in Notion), and an AI that keeps you on track — even gently reminding you if you open apps like TikTok.
Challenges we ran Into I had limited tools and worked mostly on mobile. I couldn’t install certain apps due to my Android version, and had to adapt fast. But I turned that into creativity — using Bolt’s AI, generating voice-overs, and building everything on a tight deadline with limited tech.
Accomplishments that we're proud of completing the project.
What we learnedThis project taught me how to streamline a complex idea into a user-friendly prototype. I explored voice tech, UI/UX design, and how AI can help fight procrastination. Most importantly, I learned to move from idea to execution quickly, thanks to Bolt’s speed.
What's next for Focus Flow it will be more improve.
