To help student spend more productive time into their assignments.
What it does
It is an extension that keeping track of the time spend on the website productively or wasting time of getting distracted.
How we built it
We are using html and CSS language to code the chrome extension then use Gemini to determine if it is a productive website or not. Lastly, python used to keep track of the time and changing tab.
Challenges we ran into
It is a little bit harder to create a chrome extension since it is different from the webpage. Also, we have trouble with Gemini since there will still be error in the prompt, so Gemini sometimes determine the productive website wrongly. Lastly, using python to interact with Gemini then combine with the html and CSS of the web developer is a very hard challenge.

What's next for Focus Assist
Move from a chrome extension to an application that can work on multiple OS. Train the AI so it can determine the website more correctly.
