Unfortunately, the backend deployment failed at the last moment due to MediaPipe not being supported on Render, which broke the build pipeline.

However, the full demo worked flawlessly during development using local execution + ngrok tunneling, including real-time focus tracking powered by MediaPipe, OpenCV, and custom intuitive algorithms.

I’ll be migrating the backend to a supported service shortly and plan to fully deploy and launch Focus Agent soon. Thanks for understanding — this is just the beginning
