Pandemic situations like covid where many people suffered a financial crisis.
What it does
Our Pega-based financial needs assessment tool will help the governments to assess the households and members for providing aid and at the same time help the citizens assess their eligibility for available aid services.
How we built it
We have followed Pega Express Methodology based Six-week project plan to create this solution. As shown here, we have progressed through the discover, prepare, build and adopt phases to accomplish this as per the plan. We applied agile principles like MoSCoW to prioritize the backlog of stories
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We saw how the business is empowered with all the tools needed to roll out any more financial aid in the future. Also, all new service would not need any support from the IT support teams
What's next for FNA
The data we collected can be sent to the government's financial regulatory bodies and then they can verify and disperse the amount.
