Inspiration
We've always been inspired to build our own game
What it does
The player flies a plane, and is supposed to shoot balloons to collect points
How we built it
Scripts were written in c# and the game engine was unity, lots of researching to figure out how to make the plane move correctly, and shoot, etc.
Challenges we ran into
Ran into lots of challenges as we had no background knowledge on game development.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are extremely proud to have put something together that can move around
What we learned
We learned how to write scripts to have our character (plane) fly, roll, and interact with objects within the game, build a menu, and use rayCasts to shoot objects.
What's next for Flying game in Unity
The end goal of the Flying game is to optimize it so that it can fight against other players and correctly shoot and have health, and continue to further develop it until we can publish it on a platform such as steam.
