Inspiration

In this digital era, people sometimes have difficulty managing their trade and business, starting from inventory of goods, promotions, and so on. Sometimes offline businesses are left far behind by digital businesses because consumers are lazy to travel.

Now fluxa is here to combine both, fluxa can create your website and help you manage your store with a pos (point of sale) system that is integrated with your inventory, in addition fluxa also implements a reseller system, where you can sell at a lower price for resellers to resell.

What it does

Fluxa help you with many feature such as :

  • 🏪 Custom Store Builder: Template-based e-commerce creator with your own branded URL. No coding required.
  • 📦 Inventory Management: Manage inventory separately from products. Track stock in real-time with automatic updates.
  • 🛒 Reseller System: Enable resellers to sell your products with special pricing and automatic commission tracking.
  • 📊 Detailed Analytics: Track revenue, profit, and performance by product, category, time period, product review and other that can analize with ai.
  • 📅 Calendar & To-Do: Schedule product arrivals, meetings, and pickups. Manage tasks with integrated to-do lists.
  • 📩 AI Email Campaigns: Generate professional email content with AI. Configure sender email and reach your customers.
  • 🧾 Point of Sale: Process offline transactions with automatic stock updates and printable invoices.

How i built it

  • Frontend: Vite + react + tailwind css + typescript + shadcn (React frontend with TypeScript for type safety, Tailwind CSS for responsive styling, and shadcn/ui for consistent component design.)
  • Backend: Supabase (Handling everything from authentication and database management to file storage, ensuring a robust and secure marketplace experience.)

Challenges i ran into

  1. Create two website templates : I decided to use two different domains for the template (bio/store-name and store/store-name)
  2. Create a checkout payment system : I decided to use a manual checkout system without payment gateway integration.
  3. Creating a marketplace system : Ensure all seller stores are in one place and do not spoil the appearance

Accomplishments that i proud of

  • AI that helps analysis: Make it easier for sellers to manage their stores
  • Two website templates, and a reseller system: Make it easier for sellers to sell goods
  • Email promotion: Custom email and generate campaign with AI to promote your product

  • SMTP: How to send email to customers
  • Send data to excel : all data in fluxa platform can send to excel

  • Integration with api payment gateway
  • Integration with api online couriers like fed ex for product delivery
  • Integration with whatsapp business api for automotion and promotion in whatsapp
