Inspiration

“Our inspiration to build this app is that as you know in the last FY remittance are extremely increasing due to covid 19 condition all over the world, so our main motive is that we also want to contribute something which may be a user friendly and a problem solving solution for everyone, that’s why we use this idea among 8 others we want our contribution for the advancement of technology. What it does

This is an FX Conversion app that offers seamless conversion of currencies and transfer funds in no time. Since it is powered by JS Bank APIs users can see their balance and also debit and credit history.

How we built it

This is a team project of a bunch of geeks from all over Pakistan. We have achieved it by full effort, hard work and collaborating continuously with each other. We have explored the best solutions and technologies to create an amazing MVP that will offer simplicity and most importantly it solves the main challenge which is FX conversion.

Challenges we ran into

The first challenge is the user experience of the app and we want it to be both simple and complete. The next challenge is that the JS bank APIs are not working properly and we have to use them but thanks to the js bank team they allowed us to use other services like firebase.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of our team they have put their complete effort into it to make the best solution and we have successfully accomplished the MVP.

What we learned

The most important lesson that we have learned is team effort and team collaboration. We have learned to work with a team of a bunch of geeks around the country and to them, we are total strangers but in no time we have built a beautiful relationship of friendship and thriving to achieve a common goal. We believe that without any one of them we never have achieved the MVP.

What's next for Flutter Geeks Remitter FX conversion

This journey just begins and our next step is to complete the current features with the js bank APIs and make this amazing app live on both google and ios stores.
