Flowy - AI Shadow Coach

Inspiration The creator economy is booming, but many creators struggle with "blank page syndrome." We wanted to build a tool that doesn't just generate text, but generates momentum. Our goal was to create the fastest AI assistant that helps influencers and marketers go from an idea to a viral script in under 3 seconds. What it does Flowy is a high-speed AI content engine. It specializes in generating viral hooks, comprehensive video scripts, and engaging social media captions. Users can customize the "Tone of Voice" to match their brand, and all generated content is saved in a sleek, glassmorphic history dashboard for easy access.

How we built it We built Flowy using a cutting-edge tech stack: • Frontend: React Native and Expo for a smooth, cross-platform mobile experience. • AI Inference: Direct integration with Groq API, utilizing the Llama-3-70b model for world-class speed. • Monetization: RevenueCat manages our subscription tiers and paywalls seamlessly. • Backend: Supabase handles our authentication and real-time database needs. Challenges we ran into One of the biggest challenges was optimizing the API latency. We initially faced routing issues and gateway delays, but we overcame this by switching to a direct fetch architecture with Groq. We also spent significant time perfecting the "Prompt Engineering" to ensure Llama 3 delivers high-conversion marketing copy. Accomplishments that we're proud of We are incredibly proud of the app's speed; thanks to Groq, the generation is almost instantaneous. We also successfully implemented a beautiful "Glassmorphic" UI that gives the app a premium, modern feel, and integrated a robust subscription model using RevenueCat in record time.

What we learned We learned the importance of "Inference Speed" in user retention—users love it when they don't have to wait. We also gained deep insights into mobile navigation patterns and how to securely manage API keys within a React Native environment.

What's next for Flowy The roadmap for Flowy includes adding AI image generation for video thumbnails, expanding our template library to include "Ad Copy" for Meta and Google Ads, and implementing AI-driven trend analysis to suggest viral topics to users in real-time.
