Inspiration

I built FlowSync because I was tired of using too many apps just to stay organized. Task lists, notes, reminders, and workflows were all scattered, which made productivity harder instead of easier.

I wanted one simple platform that brings everything together and actually helps people focus and get work done. I was also inspired by how AI is changing productivity tools into smarter systems that can guide decisions instead of just storing tasks.

What it does

FlowSync is a productivity app that helps users:

It is designed to work for both individuals and teams.

How we built it

I started by planning the core features: tasks, dashboard, authentication, and data flow.

Then I built:

A clean frontend interface A backend to handle APIs and data A secure authentication system A database to store user information

I focused on keeping the app simple, fast, and easy to use.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was keeping the app simple while still powerful. It’s easy for productivity apps to become too complex.

Other challenges included:

Securing API keys and backend routes Making the UI responsive on all devices Organizing components cleanly Handling user data safely Improving performance and load speed
