FlowPilot 3.0 — Evidence-First AI Workflow Copilot for NAS
The Problem
A NAS can contain hundreds of project files, but having files stored does not mean a project is ready for delivery. Required documents may be missing, multiple versions may conflict, and incomplete evidence can lead to incorrect decisions. Uncontrolled automation can also expose private data or modify files without proper authorization.
Our Solution
FlowPilot 3.0 transforms natural-language NAS requests into structured, owner-approved workflows and evidence-based delivery reports.
It supports six workflow modes:
- CHECK_DELIVERY: Check owner-specified delivery requirements against actual file evidence.
- REVIEW_VERSIONS: Identify competing file versions without automatically selecting or modifying them.
- REVIEW_DUPLICATES: Assess document duplicate candidates within an explicitly approved scope.
- REVIEW_DOCUMENT: Answer specific document questions only after separate content-access approval.
- DESIGN_WORKFLOW: Design structured workflows with explicit inputs, outputs, dependencies and safety checks.
- PLAN_ONLY: Generate an actionable plan without accessing NAS data.
How It Works
- The owner describes the desired outcome in natural language.
- FlowPilot identifies the exact scope, required files and permitted operations.
- It previews the proposed workflow and obtains explicit owner approval.
- Supported read-only operations are mapped to the UGREEN Uliya file-agent and document-agent capabilities, subject to actual registration and runtime permission checks.
- FlowPilot produces an evidence-based report with references, coverage, uncertainties and recommended next steps.
Results use conservative states such as PRESENT, MISSING, VERSION_REVIEW and NOT_CHECKED. Incomplete evidence is never presented as proof of absence.
Security by Design
FlowPilot follows an approval-first architecture. It does not automatically delete, rename, move or modify NAS files. It does not execute arbitrary scripts or claim unsupported autonomous repair capabilities.
Document content requires separate authorization. If permissions, scope or evidence coverage cannot be verified, the workflow stops safely and reports NOT_CHECKED.
Its Architect, Security, Builder and QA perspectives provide structured host-side design reviews rather than pretending to be independently registered NAS agents.
Development and Validation
The submission is a Markdown-only UGREEN Skill package developed using the official Uliya Skill Kit 0.7.3 generation guidance, with AI-assisted authoring using OpenAI GPT-6.
The package passed the official static Checker with zero errors, zero warnings and zero informational findings.
Static validation confirms package compliance, not live NAS execution. Actual registered Expert availability and hardware execution remain subject to separate runtime verification.
Our Vision
FlowPilot aims to make NAS project delivery more reliable by combining natural-language workflow design, explicit human authorization and traceable evidence.
The goal is not to automate every action. It is to make every supported action understandable, controlled and verifiable.
