Inspiration
An application to help people to determine which of all the tasks pending are more important or require immediate attention.
What it does
Reads a Note/task and tells you the summary of the note, and then it determines how important it is: critical, high, medium, or low. It also has a Focus mode to work for a determined period of time straight until the time ends.
How we built it
We divided the job between the members, then we organized how the website should look and what it should do. We went to the library to work on the boards and have a visual idea of the project. Then we went back to the classrooms and started by working on the project, each person did a different version, and then we combined them into a single, unified project with the AI part included.
Challenges we ran into
We were having issues with how the project should look, the API did not work, and how to communicate with the AI agent. We struggled to make the website functional and the AI even to work.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The project ended up being a success; it worked as we expected and even better. As a team, we made it through. We are really proud of the way we managed to work on the project together, and we came up with one solution that surpassed our expectations.
What we learned
We definitely learned to work on teams and to use different AI tools, which none of us were familiar. We also learned how to work on an actual big project, the organization, the challenges, and how to handle them
What's next for Flowmind
As the future of Flowmind, we also need to add it as an extension and block different websites established by the user.
