I constantly switched between Gmail, Trello, and Asana—manually moving info and losing context with every tab. Out of frustration, I researched tool fragmentation and discovered how much workflow friction it causes for small teams and solo operators. Moreover, it inspired me to create Flow: a visual automation tool that bridges email and task platforms with drag-and-drop simplicity, freeing users from repetitive, manual work.
