Flow pay (Zero friction, smooth flow)

Inspiration :Traditional freelance platforms suffer from "gravity"—slow payments and administrative friction. We built FlowPay to create a zero-friction, weightless ecosystem powered by AI and instant PayPal settlements

What it does

it helps An AI-driven freelance marketplace where raw project ideas are automatically broken into milestones, funded securely via PayPal Checkout, verified by AI, and instantly paid out using the PayPal Payouts API

How we built it

we built by Frontend in React & Tailwind CSS for a futuristic UI, backend in Python (FastAPI), Gemini API for AI task breakdown/verification, and PayPal SDKs for payments

Challenges we ran into

synchronizing transaction states between PayPal webhooks and AI verification, and fine-tuning prompts for accurate code evaluation

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully linking both PayPal Checkout and Payouts into a fully automated end-to-end workflow with a sleek zero-gravity UI theme

What we learned

Deep insights into financial API lifecycles, secure escrow handling, and combining LLMs with transactional logic

What's next for Flow pay (Zero friction, smooth flow)

Adding AI-powered dispute resolution, multi-currency cross-border support, and moving from PayPal Sandbox to production
