Inspiration

It is a well-known fact that students in their finals find it difficult to see their project supervisors for project approval, so i came up with an automated system to avoid this stress students pass through.

What it does

Flow app enables students submit project topic to their supervisor and also helps the supervisors approve project topic for students without meeting physically.

How I built it

It was built by the use of PowerApps which will be used by the project supervisor only, a Microsoft form which will be used by the students to submit their project topics and PowerAutomate which enables the supervisor and student to get email notifications when a project is submitted or when a topic is approved or rejected.

Challenges I ran into

The major challenge i encountered was lack of regular electricity

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I was able to help save students from the stress of going everyday trying to see their supervisor for project topic submission

What's next for Flow

The next thing is to introduce this concept to higher institutions in Nigeria so that it can be adopted, i will also include complete project summation from chapter one to the last chapter so that through out the period of the project the student will not meet with the supervisor physically
