Floppy Bird

Inspiration

Our inspiration was the famous Flappy Bird mobile game from 2013. We wanted to recreate the game with all-new graphics and themes that still played on the simplicity of the original game.

What it does

The premise of the game is to hold the space bar to "fly" and release to "fall." The user must pass through obstacles to get the highest score possible.

Challenges I ran into and accomplishments that I'm proud of

Floppy Birds was an introduction to game development for most of the team. All of the graphics were drawn by the team as well to provide a unique and personal touch to the project. It was interesting and challenging to learn how to apply the programming knowledge we have to a feasible game. We hope you enjoy the game!
