The inspiration came from our university poll and for that we decided to present a new idea. Due to many problems exist in Spain for flooding, we decided to design a mathematical-based software to integrate gigantic data from hydrology, hydraulic, weather forecasts,... by the help of artificial intelligence and statistical models, calculate the sophisticated physics of the problem and analyze results and finally simulate the model in order to help the related sectors in mitigation of the opposed disasters by flooding. Flood only in Spain opposes a 16M Euros damage yearly to the government and the people. There can be many challenges in the project including lack of some data, size of the project, lack of computing sources, .... However I've learned from my previous projects that we can overcome every challenge. As this is a software, we can ameliorate it day by day by adding more modules or thinking about more exact models or data acquisition ways.
