What it does

We are building Fllow, a platform designed for influencers and creators to effortlessly create and sell their digital products, courses, and appointments. Each user receives a personalized link to their store, allowing them to showcase and manage their offerings seamlessly.

Payments on Fllow are powered by blockchain and cryptocurrency, eliminating the limitations of traditional payment services. Additionally, our platform enables creators to reward their followers with an in-chain NFT after each purchase, fostering a unique and engaging experience.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

While building Fllow, we encountered challenges with integrating thirdweb and Next.js. Initially, there were compatibility and implementation issues that hindered the seamless functionality of our platform. However, the detailed documentation provided by thirdweb was instrumental in resolving these issues.

By closely following the guidelines and leveraging the comprehensive support materials, we successfully overcame these obstacles. This experience not only improved our technical capabilities but also reinforced the robustness of our platform, ensuring a smoother experience for our users.

As a project manager, I facilitated efficient time management and collaboration, ensuring tasks were completed promptly without compromising quality.

For example, we had so many challenges while building this project of which one of it is meeting the submission deadline and scope expansion.

Deadline pressures can lead to hasty completion, compromising a project quality. To mitigate this, I:
1. Break down tasks into smaller pieces, focus on the most important ones first, and regularly check the work to ensure it meets standards.

2. Conducting regular project audits, communicating changes clearly, and adjusting timelines accordingly

These steps helped me to manage my team in maintaining quality,avoid last-minute rushes, and prevent scope creep.

It is obvious that effective leadership and coordination are crucial in achieving project milestones.

Just like a country needs a government, a project requires a manager for direction and success.
