Inspiration

I got the inspiration from the real daily issue me, my friends, and other people around me ran into. I found out if you want to keep Track of everything in your life first of all it is simply impossible, secondly you'll need to install multiple apps to be able to Partially achieve what you really want!

What it does

The app builds custom trackers according to your needs using the custom AI-Powered Egnine. It has an AI-Analysis Function that analyses your data and gives a full report to you ( Trends, Corelations and Deep Insight). A Dynamic Goal and Trophy Road system ( Creates an custom Trophy road according to your goal, duration and difficulty).

How we built it

The app was built entirely by me alone, and getting help from AI Agents ( e.g Antgravity ). The app is built with flutter( Kotlin ) and is ready to be deployed on both android and iOS.

Challenges we ran into

First challenge was building and syncing the Database with app, then optimizing it and making sure all communications are secure! other than the DB the main challenge was building the Custom Tracker builder engine, specially since nothing like it has been done before, and I had no guide or helping source to make building the app and engine easier! After the technical challenges I quickly realized that the interface and functionality of the app gets boring and even annoying really fast, so coming up with a dynamic Gamification system that wouldn't require limiting the functionality of app for proper gamification, was one of the major issues I faced!

The one of a kind custom engine, percise Analysis. and Dynamic gamification system!

What we learned

I have learned that building a App that can functionally does what it's intended to do, is not enough, especially when it comes to apps and tools like FlexiTrack that have multiple functionalities, what's more important is actually building a UI that will make users feel welcomed and actually that they can understand and interact with the app.

What's next for FlexiTrack

Our next step is Marketing for FlexiTrack. I will run multiple parallel marketing campaigns to hopefully make sure FlexiTrack reaches the target audience.
