I was inspired to make a flashcard storage website after I cleaned my room out the other day- and found huge stacks of old flashcards, which likely to never be used again.

Flashcards, although greatly useful and beneficial, are very easy to lose and paper-consuming- which led to my decision to make a website for flashcard organization. This was my first Hackathon, and I couldn't find a team, unfortunately. However, I did learn quite a bit from this project. I've been playing around HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the past month or so, and this project pushed me past my comfort zone- I hadn't actually attempted to store any sort of data before, and I hadn't made very many multi page websites. I did a lot of searching around to learn how to store some data with JavaScript, and in the end, I did manage to do it!
