Flashcard Project

Inspiration

Initially, we wished to have a free Anki flashcard app.

What it does

It allows users to create, store, and practice flashcards.

How we built it

Using Native React, a JavaScript framework for cross-platform mobile apps, each of us wrote code for one screen based on the prepared design of the app.

Challenges we ran into

Git, learning Native React from nearly 0 experience including basic front-end designs and asynchronous storage, and debugging are the major challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

None of us knew React Native. We read the documentation and worked together to create one app. We also tried to create an easy-to-understand UI.

What we learned

We learned the basic design of Native React, Git, and cooperating skills.

What's next for the flashcard app

Data storage and more designs including the interaction between different screens would be necessary.

Edit function does not work right now.
