Inspiration

Our inspiration is to create opportunities for small businesses to reach more customers by leveraging e-commerce technologies that speed up sales processes.

What it does

It simplifies and democratizes the process of having an e-commerce solution.

How we built it

It was built using state of the art technologies available in the market to simplify the production of this project. Alongside that, we used the scrum methodology to organize the team with the project.

Challenges we ran into

Some technical challenges were faced in order to make integrations with third-party services that were free and easy to use, gather the remote team for daily meetings and the production of the presentation material.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud of the collaborative work we have done while working remotely and that we built a solution that is easy and cheap to use within the time frame of the hackathon.

What we learned

We learned that it is possible to simplify the way we provide products and services online without the need for large infrastructure, thus enabling a broader vision to scale both project and business.

What's next for Flash Sale

There are a lot of opportunities to improve Flash Sale, we want to improve our application by expanding even further the way businesses can add products to the application, we can also explore more the use of webhooks to automate B2C communication.
