How we built it
I developed this anime-style opening using Sora 2 inside ImagineArt, relying fully on the Image-to-Video workflow. I began by shaping the visual identity of Flameblade of the Otherworld – 異界の焰刃, focusing on the protagonist Ryouka Aketsu and the elemental world he enters. Each key frame was crafted to capture the signature energy and pacing of a real anime opening—fast cuts, vivid elemental effects, and dynamic hero moments. After preparing the core visuals, I generated the motion using Sora 2, ensuring consistency across character design, weapon details, lighting style, and scene transitions. This allowed the sequence to maintain the coherent look and emotional flow typical of high-quality anime OPs. Once the animation pieces were ready, I moved into post-production using CapCut. Here I refined timing, added transitions, integrated overlays, matched beats, and polished the overall rhythm of the sequence. CapCut’s precise timeline controls helped synchronize visuals with the soundtrack while keeping the pacing sharp and engaging. To complete the project, I paired the visuals with an original track titled Crimson Paradox, composed on Suno. I crafted the music to match the emotional intensity and movement of each cut, allowing the audio to elevate the cinematic feel of the opening. Overall, this project brings together Sora 2’s motion generation, ImagineArt’s streamlined pipeline, CapCut’s editing workflow, and a custom soundtrack, forming a cohesive and original anime opening concept from start to finish.
