QA Butler is a prototype for automated diagnostics of flaky test failures, helping engineers save hours wasted on false positives. The CLI prototype demonstrates the core logic, listing tests, running diagnostics, and outputting probable root causes. The planned production version uses Flutter as the frontend and Serverpod as the backend to provide a real-time, cross-platform QA assistant. This project fixes a daily pain point in QA workflows, showing real impact even from a terminal tool.
