We've been building FixFlow AI for the AI Builders Hackathon, and here's where things stand:
AI-powered intake —> Report an issue by typing, speaking (voice-to-text), or attaching a photo. Google Gemini reads it and extracts the problem, location, category, and priority automatically even from mixed English/Urdu/Hinglish text.
Smart department routing —> Every ticket gets auto-assigned to the right team (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, IT, Cleaning, Carpentry, Security) or falls back to Management if a company doesn't have that department.
Live dispatch board —> Admins see every open ticket sorted by priority, with one-click status updates (Assigned → In Progress → Resolved).
Resolution confirmation loop —> Once marked resolved, the original reporter confirms if it's actually fixed. If not, it reopens and gets bumped to a higher priority real accountability, not fire-and-forget.
Coming next: department-specific dashboards so each team only sees their own queue.
Built with React + Node.js + Gemini API.
