Fitr

This is a heath and fitness app fully functioning prototype.

Inspiration

We challenged ourselves to complete a 100% fully functioning zero code hack this time. Inspired by UX designing course ,we not only concentrated on UX but also completed the prototype.

What it does

Scenario -We built this app for the fitness company called "Fitr" (imaginary fitness club). It concentrates on two users , Guest user and registered user. Guest user can use the website to check a variety of exercises ,connect with fitness club to get details and find out preferable trainers

registered Users - With a membership ID, They can signup, login , search exercises, create workout programs, add favorites , update profile and even refer friends and family.

Design- We followed Z layout pattern of website design. and every element is properly detailed and designed .we gave credits for the website from which we took the images. Z -layout reference- https://instapage.com/blog/z-pattern-layout

How we built it

We used Axure RP prototyping tool , with this we created designs , setup interactions between the elements and pushed the pages to its cloud for collaboration. The prototype was then converted to html pages.

We are able to host this project in Github by pushing all HTML pages to the repository.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Sketching & wireframing- It is difficult to transform the ideas to sketches , did lot of draft work and experimented with images and elements in each page.
  2. Transforming wireframes to working prototype- It was difficult to set navigations and interactions, lot of times it failed and we have to keep an eye on minor detail too
  3. Hosting pages in GIT- Trial and error, tried so many times and finally succeeded

Now that Prototype is complete, we will implement and test the next version by coding it.
