Inspiration
To be honest the idea behind it was that an exercise program would be easiest to make, without the having to worry about if it fails (for example, if someone forgets their medication, that could be really dangerous, but no need to cry about a computer telling you to do 10,000 push-ups)
What it does
The program runs on a web server, and it allows elderly people to workout in a safe and effective way via a baseline system, where senior citizens can measure their capacity for workout and from there create a personalized workout
How we built it
We built the program primarily using vibe coding with high-end AI models
Challenges we ran into
We originally wanted to do a sort of reminder and sign-in thing, but as that was beyond our capabilities as of then (we didn't have much experience) we decided to skip those, as we believe that the program is a lovely proof-of-concept as is (as for the sign in button currently present on the page, we suggest you visit S4)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We learned the basics of vibe coding, which we were unfamiliar with. We now have one more powerful tool under our belt!
What we learned
We learned the basics of html as a language, as well as how to effectively coach an AI model as it assists through vibe coding
What's next for FitQuest Journey
If we were to continue this project, we would certainly b-line for sign-in and reminder capabilities
