What it does
This project is a fitness tracker developed using MATLAB and MATLAB Mobile. It includes a step counter, activity classifier, and GPS route tracker, all powered by data collected from smartphone sensors such as the accelerometer and GPS. The system analyzes motion and location data to estimate the number of steps taken, classify physical activities (e.g., sitting, walking, running), and map the user's route in real time.
