When we were told that the project had to be around health, we immediately thought about what's the first thing you want to know about your body when starting in the fitness life? let you want to know in what condition is your body and it needs. we wanted to help people know about their onw body and help them with meals in case they decided they want to lose weight or gain it. Currently, all of us in our group are really trying our best to be the best person we can be, physically and professionally, and we know how exhausting the professional life can be, so if we can help you start built your better self physically, we would be please. Our goal is to help those who are in the same mindset that we are, making their fitness goal a little be easier by providing their BMI and if meals that would help them meet their goals.
