Typical monetization models for such an application

Sales not to individuals, but to gyms, personal trainers, corporate wellness programs — usually a higher bill per client, fewer clients Freemium + affiliate Basic functionality is free, monetization through partnerships (sports nutrition, equipment) What is technically missing now to take money at all This is more important than choosing a model — without this, no monetization will work: User authentication — currently the application has no accounts/logins at all. Without this, it is impossible to tie payment to a specific person or limit the free tier. Something like Firebase Authentication will be needed. Payment system — Stripe or a similar payment processor integrated on the backend. Cost control per user — currently rate limiting protects against abuse, but does not count "how many Vertex AI requests a specific user made this month." For the free tier, this is critical, otherwise it will be unprofitable. Google Cloud billing — transition from trial credit to a full-fledged paid account (the same one we talked about earlier). Legal aspect — important for this niche Since the application provides health/nutrition advice, and you are already planning to charge money for it — it would be worth: Formal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (not just a medical disclaimer in the plan, but a separate legal document) Checking whether you are subject to regulations such as GDPR (if there are users from the EU) regarding the processing of health data
