While staying at home, our physical activity is likely more limited now than it used to be. Many of us may also be experiencing reduced motivation to maintain the activity levels we had before the coronavirus pandemic began.
It is important to remember that experiencing reduced motivation during this unprecedented time of stress is very normal. Our usual routines and daily structures have shifted dramatically in recent months, and other needs have taken priority. So, it makes sense that attempting to return to our former exercise habits can feel less rewarding by comparison. Fortunately, there are ways we can boost our motivation during this time to stay active and continue working toward important health goals.
So we decided to create Fitness Health, an application to discover a healthier you and help you to stay fit and forever young.
What it does
1.In this application you can calculate your BMI using our BMI calculator and know the amount of protein, carbohydrate and fats you need to stay fit and healthy .
2.If you want to eat delicious food and still consumes less calories and maintain a healthy life, we have got just the right recipes for you. Our application provides you with healthy food recipes along with links to video tutorials to help you eat healthy.
3.We have a list of exercises for weight loss and muscle gain for you to do so as to get you your perfect body type that you always desired!
4.Our application also provides with useful nutrition blogs so as to increase you knowledge on nutrition and health. Not only this, you can write your own blogs on our application and share your knowledge with the world.

We're glad that we got it working! It was a first time working with many of these technologies, so the fact that we were able to make all of them work perfectly in sync is an achievement in and of itself..
What we learned
We learned the power of teamwork. This was most definitely a group effort, and we couldn't have done it without everyone giving it their all. We also learnt how to make web application on bubble .
What's next for Fitness Health
After we update the app up a bit more, we're sure that people across the nation would appreciate using this app to discover a healthier version of themselves. We will also add extra features, such as locating fitness centres and healthy food restaurants near you.
