Thanks to this application, you can calculate your "BMI" (Body Mass Index), and know through the generated result, whether you have the ideal weight or not. Besides, you can calculate your "RDI" (Recommended Daily Intake). This function allows the user to know the number of calories that he should consume per day. Finally, our application offers a dedicated part for exercises, which can be visualized with a concise description.
