Being at college, we are continuously involved in events , fests , get togethers and parties. So we wait to flaunt our clothes and set the fashion bar higher every time.

But we all had a classmate, who suffered from Paraplegia, partial paralysis of lower limbs and torso. She remained aloof from the crowd and missed most of the parties.

When we tried to figure out her difficulties, she expressed how under confident she feels to be present at gatherings with her unfashionable clothing. This affected her morale and self belief.

Why should someone suffer for a condition which he/ she hasn't opted for ?

Why should fashion be only available to general mass ?

This fueled as the inspiration to develop FitIt : a community based fashion Ecosystem that encourages designing Adaptability fashion.

The entire ideation process involved indepth research and analysis.

First we tried to understand the scale of the problem. We realised, everyday 1.3 billion people are facing the same issue that is lack of fashionable clothes.
Before jumping on solution, we surveyed the developments in the field of adaptive clothing. To our surprise, not even 100 brands out of 3000, serve this category.

Even from that niche , hardly any major player is involved to bring fashion into adaptivity

Studied the various forms of deformities and its developments with time to understand patterns of changes in body proportions.
Took help of Deformity Correction Specialist and disables themself to understand the medical side of the problems.
To understand the business side, we performed indepth market analysis to find the highly untapped market opportunity.
